3d@xxxx Prize Questions

Question #1:  Do I qualify to win my own prize?

If the answer is yes, that's the end of discussion.  If the answer is no
and that means that we put restrictions to who wins what, then:

Question #2:  Can I request that only those who do slide work receive my
adjustable voltage-regulated power supply?  These are the people that can
use it.  Certain winners specialize in print work and have no use for it.
