Yes the Kodak (and Wirgin/Edixa too for that matter) use a series 5 filter.
 A lot of Kokak cameras are missing the retaining rings.  You should find
that any series 5 retaining ring from any old camera or junk pile will work.
 I found my set at a local camera store that deals in used equipment.  He had
a junk box of filters, and one of rings.  If you can find a local camera swap
meet (used camera show/sale) there are usually dealers with junk piles.
 Series 5 was very common.
