Back in December, JakeKristy@xxxxxxx wanted to know about
the time travelling cowboy arcade game I've mentioned.
The effect is similar to the "Princess Leia" holographic
projection from R2D2 in Star Wars.
I has asked the rec.games.video.arcade.collecting newsgroup
to help me identify this game, and they did:

Another photo-3der suggested getting one of these used, and
using it as a starting point, providing your own movie in place
of the cowboy laserdisk. This is an excellent idea. Try looking
in your yellow pages under "video games
& equipment-sales & rental" or "arcades".
Hope that knowing the exact name and manufacturer helps!
