Realist and airport security

>Have any of you had any trouble getting a Realist camera through
airport security in the U.S.?

For whatever it's worth, I recently went through security checks at several
airports with not only a Realist, but also with the truly peculiar-looking
VM Mark II. The guards looked through the viewfinders as if they were SLRs
and waved me on. Is ignorance really bliss?
