Expo -- participation limit?

Before we make any decisions on how many imageless enrties we will allow,
I think we should first take a poll and see how many people plan to
participate.  We might *need* to put a limit to the number of entries
and/or georgraphical locations that this thing will travel.

I would not like my images to be on the road for more than one year. 
Judging from the enthusiastic response so far, and if you allow expo to
travel anywhere in the world, we are looking at a 3 year circuit.  Don't
forget that expo1 with a rather small number of participants and countries
vistited, took more than a year to complete the circuit.

By the time expo2 comes back, newbies will be amateurs, amateurs will be
professionals, professionals will be out the email business and everyone
will have hard time recognizing their own images.  Do we want this to
happen?  Something to think about...
