That's correct.  The worst part for me is when somone is leaving a message
and either expect you to call them back in California so they can talk
endlessly at your expense and not order anything, or they want you to send
a catalog and leave their name and address so fast that you have to listen
to their message a dozen times and got it wrong at the end. -- George
