Lauren and the 3d@xxxxx

     Wow - Lauren, I'm in tatters! :)
No, really, I can handle it (sniff).

About the BIO - I can understand your desire to withhold personal
information. I now see your viewpoint, since you explained it so
well. I looked at it as a way to introduce myself and my stereo
history. Call it vanity and the desire to see if my lies can top the
rest of yours. I do not see this as a requirement, just a way of
sharing among this group. I was not going to put anything about my
physique (though one personal measurement might be interesting -
     interoccular distance).

The self-portrait - see vanity factor, above. Really, I just think we
wanted to put a face with the name. Skip it if this makes you
uncomfortable. Or take a shot that represents something to you, if
you feel you want to show that side of your personality. A shot of
your camera is a good one, or maybe one of those courtroom, "blue dot"
shots. Or just forget it. But don't miss taking a gander at my
     handsome mug, eh?

The split or "3D@xxxxxxx". If we send 1/2 of the show to the "top" of
the list (for want of a better term) and 1/2 to the "bottom" of the
list, you are then "multitasking." You will have the same length of
time to view 1/2 of the images. More time to enjoy the show. Plus
you get twice the amount of excitement from opening TWO goodies from
the magic mailman. The people who would have gotten the stuff last
will have something to see sooner. It will not shorten the total
length of time, but the images will reach more people in less time.
After I read what I just wrote, it seems to make no sense. I'm sure
the math wizards on this list can give us an algorithm to prove or
     disprove this.
One thing is not in dispute - it will cost more.

Please enter the show, Lauren, and anyone else who might have been put
off by my ramblings. I want to see what else you've got, based on the
     poinsettia freebie you sent out.

Another thing - I'm glad we have this method of communicating - you
won't hurt my feelings if you take the time to explain why you think
     I've made a bonehead remark.
