Hi all,

  Joel has almost talked me into joining the expo 2.  If I
or any other Canucks d,o we need the package sent by mail,
not UPS.

  UPS does its own customs brokerage and the charge ends up
in the $15 to $20 dollar range, even if the package is a low
value gift that duty and taxes do not apply to. Thus if I
join I would need the package sent by ground or airmail.
