I got the flash photos of the stage set (with actors) back from Alpha-cd
Imaging. I made some free viewable jpegs. In talking with some of the other
members of the list it was suggested that stuff like this could be posted to
alt.binaries.pictures.misc. I have done this with three of the best. these are
pressman.jpeg (five uue parts)
This is a closeup of Gordon Sullivan. I supplied the balloons to give something
interesting to look at. One of the other printers discovered that you can print
on partally inflated balloons then inflate them the rest of the way.
This was shot with a realist 3.5 and a Kmart focal 250 flash unit. I am quite
pleased with this one.
printshop.jpeg (four uue parts)
Showing the rest of the team at work. Note how the flash reflects diffrently
off the wall between the two images. my outdoor images do not show this effect
so I do not think it is a result of the photcd process.

Pickwick.jpeg (four uue parts)
This is the statue I had mentioned in the origional post. I closed down the
apature for this one and increased the shutter speed. This allows some of the
stage lighting to come through. This is an interesting picture in that all
forms of light are in it. The windstorm we had the week before this was taken,
blew out some of the clestory windows, the triangular gaps light the upper
framework of the shed. The printshop is lit with standard household 60w
lightbulbs, the front of the building ad the statue have gelled lights, while
the flash provides fill light for the base of the statue.
The lines painted onto the front of the building are for photogrameric analysis
(It is fun when you get to control the whole thing). I wanted to put some on
the top, however we ran out of time. Like usual I never record the shutter
speed or the apiture. I think I was shooting 100th at 5.8 and 8, I like to
bracket exposure so I probably went up and down from there.
