I use a Loreo, too.  It's a fast and easy way to get started.  I use it 
to take pictures of my two year old.  This way I can mount the pictures 
for viewing in an antique style viewer!  I have a viewer that I made from 
a kit.  I keep it at work so I can show off my baby pictures in 3-D!

Still and all... I have a  Realist camera, as well.  There's no comparing 
the quality of the results.  The realist is much nicer - even I can tell 
( And I'm no expert!)

If you still like your Loreo, but eventually want to work your way up... 
the other folks on this list would be glad to make recommendations.
