I don't think it is in stock any more...

Most modern flashes do not come with a PC cord.  After an unfortunate
incident (arriving in Greece a couple of years ago with the adapter but
without the PC cord and running all over Athens to find one, which I got
for $20 used), I decided to file down the bump on my Realist.  I was
pleased with the results (just plug the flash in the Realist's hot shoe and
don't worry about adapters and cords) and have modified all my Realists
through the years plus Realists that I sold to people.

Another option is to make a groove in the flash shoe.
