There's a shop called Radio Ranch here in Austin, TX that has one! It 
creates magnified views of small things like components on a printed circuit 
board. The image is excellent -- best I've ever seen at that magnification.

The owner didn't seem to know very much about it, but he might be able to 
give you information about where he got it, and you could start looking there.
