List Mechanics

	I have been lurking on this list for almost a year and have found
it of incalculable value.  I have learned a great deal that I didn't know
about many aspects of stereo photography.  It was tough going at first but
I now devour each digest as it comes to me.  I have discovered goods and
services associated with 3d that I never would have found otherwise-not
the least of which is an unbelievably beautiful red button from Dr.
Themelis. 
	I would be very sad to see the list broken up because I will have
to subscribe to all of the offspring.  In addition, I think that
newsgroups, although they have advantages, have a much lower quality of
discourse and much less civility.  My vote, for what it's worth, is to
keep things as they are.  Lastly a belated thank you very much for the
maintainers and contributors of this list.
