In Photo-3D digest #1126 you said...

I thought that's what P&S meant. "Point & Shoot", i.e. don't worry about
messing with any f-stops or focusing, just let the camera do it. So I'm
not surprised that you've had problems finding a P&S camera that you can
control:-)
However, I believe that Olympus is about the only camera manufacturer
which makes a lightweight (aka small) 35mm camera that has full control
over aperture and/or shutter speed.
I too will be on the lookout for lightweight SLR type cameras that can be
twinned. We have a pretty good second-hand camera shop nearby and it's
been too long since I've been there. I'd love to have a lightweight rig
that I could use at weddings & such.

Ron
P.S. As a digest reader I read most all digests, reply occassionally when
I feel that I can contribute and appreciate the expertise of the members
of this list. I would NOT have the time to read this forum if it were
translated to a newsgroup, so I vote to leave it as is (which I believe
was the consensus). See ya in the expo!
