The mail fiters have been catching a rather large number of subscribe and unsubscribe messages lately being sent to the wrong address. Here's the usual scoop on handling administrative tasks... thanks!

First of all, if you sent the message to the photo-3d address, you made a significant error. NEVER send administrative requests to the list address. ALWAYS use
the listserv robot address (usually it will be either of the form listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
or request-listname@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). This is universally true for ALL mailing lists (that
there will be a separate address for requests). 

Having said that...

If you'd like to subscribe, send the
following message to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 
note address =====> ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

subscribe photo-3d your full name

such as

subscribe photo-3d Alferd Packer

If you'd like to unsubscribe, send the following message to the address above. Do NOT put anything in the subject line, or if you must due to mailer requirements,
use "xxx".

unsub photo-3d

To actually post messages (you have to be subscribed) send them to 

photo-3d@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Note: sometimes you may see the machine names 'hipp' and 'bobcat' used interchangebly -
that's ok - they are the same physical machine.
