Just read a magazine test claiming that the Yashica T4 Tessars were as good
or better performers than the Sonnars on the Contax T-2, or the Nikkors on
the 28Ti, both of which are such more modern, complex lenses.

Also, in terms of color saturation, under/over exposing by as little as a
third or a quarter of a stop will have a fairly pronounced effect. Shutter
speed timing can easily vary this much from shot to shot, much less camera
to camera.
