Moon Stereos / Super 120 cutters

I've seen some of the moon stereo pairs in a friend's space
book. Some of the Viewmaster space shots were converted
flatties (the one of the lunar module orbiting the moon was
an eye-strain)-but generally, the shots are good.

The posting on the Super 120 and it's "snappy" lens piqued
my curiosity. I never gave a though to owning that camera.
The poster answered my personal question about cutting and
mounting - he trims the 120 roll by hand - another reason I
never wanted a Super 120. BUT, looking in the "Blue Book" of
stereo cameras (The INVALUABLE 1980 Reel 3-D compendium that
has an illustrated listing of EVERY 50's 3-D camera and
accessory) there is a mention of a Super 120 automatic
cutting and mounting device. Anyone know about this beast?

          LS
