The view shows a monument over 15 meters judging from the people shown
near it. On the base facing the camera is a seated woman about 4m tall 
holding up a wreath. Profile of figures in armor can be seen on the sides
of the base. The side of a 4 storie building is behind the monument. The 
building has twin spires on the front of it that are visiable over the 
roof line.
The mount is curved and dates from around 1900.  Campbell published 
thousands of views from the late 1860s to the 1900s so image 1759 may
date from earlier than the mount.
Any additional information on the Oblist would be appreciated.
