List split/smaller digests/filter

    What's going on at the moment ? First there is rumours
    of splitting up the digest in 'interest' areas.
    (Don't do that. I like the digest as is !)
    Then it is 'split up' in chunks of about 15 to 20k.
    I sometimes receive 6 digests a day ! (due to the time
    difference). Yesterday I got EIGHT (8) ! ! 1157-1164
    I have to save them as ASCII files, load them
    in my favorite program, being Lotus 1-2-3 version 5 for
    Windows, combine and reformat, to get a manageable, and not
    too large, printout to store away for future reference.

    PLEASE GO BACK TO ONE DIGEST A DAY ! !   :-)
    OR, EVEN BETTER, ONE DIGEST EVERY 2 :-)) OR 3 DAYS :-)))

    WE DID IT ! Hurray for the non-filtering !

    Has anybody payed just a little attention to Digest # 1163 ?
    It is an exact replay of # 1156, with all those helpful >>
    added, and at the end there is six (6) lines of reply ! !
    17532 bytes. Most of us have to pay for that, you know.

    I called that a waste of space, time and whatever, a couple
    of weeks ago and I insist even more on calling it that way.
