Actually, the camera doesn't matter. Neither does the lens length. The Kodak 
pocket photoguide contains the following.

                Focus Setting   Lens2Sub
+1                   inf                 39"
                      15 feet           32.25"
                       6 feet            25.5"
                       3.5 feet         20-1/8"

Similar information is available for +2 and +3 lenses.
