Best materials for projection mounting

My mounting skills aren't as bad as I first thought. I finally culled about 30
of my best slides and gave a mini slide show last night.
Currently, I'm mounting in aluminum mounts (I still have a dwindling supply of
Sigma mounts, which are (sniff) no longer available.) I put these in the Reel
3-D universal cardboard foldovers. I would like to re-do my projection slides in
glass.
What are your favorite methods and supplies for doing this? I have seen two
examples. One was binding the aluminum mount between glass using the silver
polyester tape. The other was using the EMDE Aluminum binder frames. I like the
idea of the aluminum binder frames, but do not know where I can get them, and
how much they are these days. Any suggestions? The only 3-D supplier I am
familiar with is Reel 3-d.
Also, the glass sold by Reel 3-D is called "plain wrap glass". Is this ok to
use, or should I really be looking for anti-newton glass?
What are the best aluminum mounts to use for general mounting? I tried a sample
EMDE mount once, and I thought it was cumbersome in terms of shifting the images
horizontally. Are the Albion mounts easier to use?
Sorry for all the questions.
