Chigago - that Toddlin' Town (IV)

For anyone who is interested, I've scanned the back of my 
"unknown" view card, which carries the stamped address. This was
scanned in at 800*800 dpi, HEAVILY enhanced and written back out
as a jpeg file. Tell me what you think it says (... very gothic
lettering - hard to read, plus it's faded there is a white swath
thru the printing, almost like someone tried to erase it with a pencil).

It's in the same place for anonymous ftp .. on bobcat.etsu.edu
