You can tell "them" that you would want to create a normal 35mm format image for
a service bureau (which is only set up to output to full-frame 35mm, and not to
other weird formats). A standard 35mm frame is 24 X 36 mm. A Realist frame is 24
X 22 mm., so you would design your image which this in mind, leaving the
equivalent of 14mm (36 minus 22) of unused picture area on one side or the
other. Then you'd cut down the finished full-frame slide to Realist format after
imaging. I've forgotten the pixel size of an image that is to be sent to 35mm,
but your service bureau could fill you in on that kind of technical detail.
