Two Questions

Fellow biopters,

Some time ago I asked two questions, one about Holmes-type prints from the
Realist and one about Tex Treadwell. The first has been much discussed and I am
very grateful for the illuminating comments. However, no one has addressed the
second question--could I ask it again? In a long-lost 3D Digest someone
mentioned that Tex Treadwell has made a list of early stereographers--could
someone advise me how to get access to this? Thanx in advance,
