Prints from Realist??

I've been reading the discussions about duping realist slides
or making prints from them (or realist negatives) and I wonder
if lenticulars are possible?

I've got a realist slide(s) that a friend/client loves and I'd like
to copy it for him. He wondered about prints because they are
more convenient. Unfortunately it seems as though a print 
viewer presents the same difficulties as a slide viewer (even
if you're talking about the small mailable kind).

So, can GOOD lenticulars be made from a standard realist pair?
Who does this and how? What are the costs?
