Yes, it will. You'll need the following files available from many FTP 
servers around the globe: GS353W32.ZIP, GS353INI.ZIP and GS353FN1.ZIP

I just installed it on my computer and was amazed by the speed (I'm
using a Pentium 100 PC with 24 MB RAM and a HP LaserJet 5P).

For those of you with a 5P, here's a good .bat file to print out PS 
files: Just write the following in a file called LASERJET.BAT:

gswin32 -q -sDEVICE=ljetplus -r300 -sPAPERSIZE=a4 -dNOPAUSE -- %1

Note: this is for European users with A4-sized paper
