Model D repair

I've fixed a number of Model D viewers before and after George's book. 
And this is tearing them completely apart and separating the lens 
elements. 

I have to say that I wish I'd had a copy of George's book from the 
git-go, because I could have done the job in about a quarter of the time 
and with a much higher level of confidence.

If you _ever_ plan to open up a Model D, buy the book first. If you 
consider your time valuable, you'll more than pay for the cost of the 
book with a single repair job in terms of time saved.
