Definitely.  The full format can be cropped into 7-p, 5-p, 4-p mounts,
landscape, portrait, etc.  The ultimate in flexibility.

However, most people (including myself) cannot afford to buy an RBT camera.

I personally feel that very few people have reached the potential of the
humble Realist 3.5 stereo camera.  Sure, having the best equipment in the
world is a great advantage, but it takes more than equipment to take
pictures.  Using the Realist 3.5 with imagination, patience and
intelligence can produce amazing results.
