Nimslo again

OK, I have managed to catch up with digests reading after too long
break. I am another new and happy owner of the Nimslo camera
(thanks to Dr. T). I didn't get the manual thou. I am waiting for one
from Reel 3_D.

In the past few digests there were many good and not so good words
posted about Nimslo. But I haven't seen many technical specs shared.
I would like to know:

What is the practical DOF obtainable with these fixed focus lenses?

What is the range of f-stops and shutter speeds selected by the camera?

I noticed that the camera has a flash socket with two round contacts.
The bigger one is for the flash release. Do you know the function 
of the smaller one on the right side? 

How can I ensure the proper exposure when shooting with a flash (is there
any feedback between the camera and and the flash)?

Can I use any flash with a hot foot, or it needs to be Nimslo dedicated only?



Can somebody clarify these details?
Any information will be appreciated.
