IMO first name is more than enough (although very often the full name
is posted in the message heading). That's true, we don't need to get
very personal to appreciate 3D discussions. Still, country/state and
city information provides a nice touch. Many people from this group
travel. Providing the location on the globe may help in some successful
meetings (I remember one enthusiastic posting, several weeks ago, 
describing two STEREOTYPES visiting Dr. T's paradise).
