Bantam format
Bantam was unperforated 35 mm film wound onto spools and covered with
paper. There were 8 exposures per roll, each roughly 32 x 48 mm. Slides
were mounted in standard 2" x 2" mounts, but required a projector with
condensers designed to cover the larger image. I believe this format
was pioneered by Kodak, and went the way of other odd formats (as will,
hopefully, AdvantiX - and please don't ask to describe *that* format).
