The following is the email I received from the Widescreen Centre in London:

In answer to your question.  Yes, we use all four negatives to produce 
the 3-D image.   In fact we print four images when working from a 
three-image original as well  -  on neg. being printed twice.

We have already sent a copy of STEREO NEWS to you.  This went off on 
Saturday so you should receive it any day now.

By all means let your club know about us.  If anyone requires their own 
copy of STEREO NEWS we'd be only too happy to post it to them.
