Thanks
Many of you responded to my first posting recently, and I am sending a
collective thank you to you all.
I was asked to comment on my work in tissues, and I will do so on a separate
post when I have a moment to put my thoughts together.
While I'm thinking of it, tho, I'd like to ask if anyone out there has tried the
following: Paint skin with a silver (human-safe) body paint, then project a
stereo pair of slides onto the painted skin/screen, and view with polarized
glasses. I've had some good experience showing polarized stereo slides on
silver-colored matt board (an inexpensive, easily accessible, tho small,
screen). And I've projected 2D slides onto skin (the back works the best) with
rich tones. I would like to try projecting 3D slides onto skin and seeing how
the curves of the body affect the stereo images. Has lots of creative
possibilities, and I'm curious to know if anyone has done it yet. Thanks for
indulging me.
