Kodak Realist Mounting

I saw on this list that Kodak still does Realist mountings.
If this is true,  how would I go about getting this service?
Do I have to provide the mounts?
Is it for both Kodachrome & Ektachrome (E6)?
How much extra?

I have only taken one roll with my Realist and no one around here knows what the heck I am
talking about when I mention stereo or Realist at developing stores. By the way at least someone
at Kmart was kind enough to call Kodak.

Speaking of kindness I would like to thank everyone who helped me to find instructions for my
camera and how to access the FAQ's of this list.
