Rochester hotel...

Just spoke with a friend who lives in Rochester. He said it has been 
big new lately (last few weeks) that Holiday Inn just closed this 
Hotel. According to my friend, they do not have a replacement owner 
yet. If this is true, how will it affect the Convention?

On another similar tangent... If one could go, but not for the whole 
convention, what are the best things to make sure to do, and what is 
more skipable? (I know it's an odd question, but...)
