They do similar work, but I stick with DALE for two reasons. (1) I've
always been personally pleased with their work. (2) In a recent Popular
Photography test, they rated DALE as the best of the Eastman process Labs.
Also, I send them Kodacolor or Fuji film only. My experience with the
private label Eastman film is that it lacks the color saturation that I
seek, and has more grain than the Kodak Gold films. DALE will create uncut
slide filmstrips from ANY 35mm color print film.
As a side note, I've thought about writing them to request that they offer
the printing of Realist format prints. They are a niche product specialist
and if requested by enough stereo photographers, they might agree.

Hasn't been my experience. I've got slides that they duplicated in the
early 1980's that still seem fine.
