I think this is an excellent paper and the French Stereo-Club 
is to be heartily congratulated on its effort.

OK, fellow stereopaths, it's up to you.  Do you want to read and 
comment now or wait until the camera is out and then complain?  
There won't be much sympathy for you.  8-)  Comment and make 
convincing arguments now so that if required, a compromise can be 
reached, a compromise in which everyone has a hand.
