Invariably true.  And it's almost always true that half the day will
have all the sessions of interest going on simultaneously while the
second half of the day will have nothing of interest going on.  :-)

One of those convention laws I think.  Anybody want to videotape it?  :-)

I'll certainly be at the '97 NSA convention.......
