Hi! Please excuse the following personal message... I have been away
from email for a few days and I will keep a low profile for the next
week or so. I just checked email at work and found many messages
from devoted fans or angry customers that need a reply. Please remain
calm and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Here is what happened: My lovely wife (the one named "3-D spouse of
the year" by Eric G.) had the fine idea to erase all my files from her
(work sponsored) computer at home. When I say all, I mean all 30
Mbytes of good 3-d information, correspondence, photo-3d digests,
viewer repair books and flyers, software, email setups and files,
EVERYTHING is gone! This was her way of telling me that I should buy
my own computer... Using bare bones DOS it used to be difficult to
delete subdirectories upon subdirectories... But with Windows it must
have been a breeze... even my wife could do it! I am still crying
over the loss of these files and only the thought that I might have
some of them saved in disks keeps me from committing suicide or
murder... Without email at home and with increased pressure at work,
I'll take it easy for a while...

One passing thought: The equivalent of not bracketing shots in
photography is not backing up files in the computer. Unfortunately,
I practice both...

After considerable thought I decided that buying a computer is less
complicated and less expensive than filling for a divorce, so I am
looking to buy a computer this week. The problem is that the money
that you generously donated through my Jan. 30th sale is all gone
("invested" in Realists and other 3-d toys...). Thank goodness, in
the USA you don't need cash to buy stuff, you just need good credit
(and I still have plenty of that...) After I get a new computer and
fast modem, I can upgrade my Freenet account to something that will
allow www access so I can see the various sites advertised here from
time to time and perhaps make my own web page one day.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
