Starks is a technical whiz kid, but his entrepreneurial skills are lacking, I'm
afraid. For years he offered all this great equipment at insanely inflated
prices and advertised not at all. Now with the competition coming from all
sides, he's lowered his prices to a reasonable level but still doesn't
advertise. In today's market, he's poised to make a killing, but he doesn't know
how to do it!
