March 19, 1996:
A raido news blurb on NPR said the Federal Trade Comission had
"come to an agreement with a Henderson, NV corp. involved in a
pyramid sales scheme in which 3-D cameras were sold for as much
as $700".  Some other non 3-D related but uncool business practices
were also cited as violations.  The agreement involved refunds to
certain customers, and (I think) ends the FTC's persuit of Nishika.

I've not heard or read anything else on the matter today.
