I also have one - and I use it quite frequently to have a short
look at a few slides if I'm too lazy to dig out my RBT projector.
All I need to do with the TDC Project-or-View is to fire up my
trusty transformer (220 V to 110 V), plug in the power cord and
attach an extra grounding cable (I just don't like the idea of 
a full metal body being so close to 110 Volts without any grounding).
