Line length (again)

Hi all,

A couple of weeks ago I was asking (#1220) if it was possible to
keep the line length of our digests within 75 or so characters.
Stll there are a couple of 'breakers of the rule'.
In #1240 & 41 : Bob Wier, Eric Goldstein, Edward Hosey and
Dave Huddle. Is it really such a big problem to keep within 75 ?
