$110 for a realist with case is a good price, you did not get ripped off, 
as long as it is in working order.

You should also consider getting the Realist manual, a hardbound book 
with over 400 pages, and many side by side stereo pairs printed in the 
1950s.  It can be hard 
to find.  If you find it in good condition, the going price is over $80, 
so any thing less than that is a deal.  I think it is worth much more 
than that, because of the stereo ideas, as well as realist specific 
instructions.

Dalia of 3d from Dalia had one for sale in her last catalog, but I don't
