Seattle Film Works film?

We just got two free rolls of film in the mail from Seattle Film
Works. It's 20 exp. 200 ASA film, which they claim is for prints,
slides, or pictures on disk.

Is this stuff any good? Is it worth using?

Can it be processed anyplace other than Seattle Film Works? I noticed
the process listed on the film cannister is SFW-GX, which sounds like
something proprietary.

Thanks.
