Advanced Solutions for Splicing

I think it was Mike Watters who talked about making a "new" stereo camera by
splicing two flat ones together.  He noted that, "Rigging the 1:3:1 advance
is always the tricky bit though."  I asked famed boxer (and my nextdoor
neighbor!) Michael Spinks about engineering such a tricky advance mechanism.
 Not to worry, Mr. Watters, Mr. Spinks says it's as simple as removing your
1st, 6th, and 13th teeth.
