FS Meopta/Microma Cutter

I have a cutter that says "Meopta" No. 58 (can it be the 58th unit?), "Made
in Czechoslovakia"  It appears to accept a smaller film size (16 mm?)  I
think that Meopta made a 16 mm camera called Microma and I suspect that the
cutter is for this camera.

I am looking for a collector to buy it for $175 plus postage.

The cutter is in perfect shape, all metal, light green color.  I supply an
adapter plug so it can be used in US current without modifying the orginal
plug.  I have installed a 110V bulb to be used in US current.
