Could well be. I just looked at mine. The aluminum label says
"Meopta Typ 73911, Max 250 V~, Max 15 W, Made in Czechoslovakia." Two things
are added with punched-in numbers: No. 3837 and 1967, which gives the
number and year.

Mine is also light green, but the handle is light grey. Nice little unit
(for a collector), but unless you have the camera (not so hard to find)
and the film (which is a 16mm film with perforations on one side only),
you are absolutely lost. And the camera also uses special film cartridges...
Does anybody know where to get 16mm film with perfs. on just ONE side??
