Eastman Kodak. Just made a quick call to their product information center, and 
the majority of eastman motion picture films are available in 16 mm single 
perf., such as:

eastman 7248 100 or 400 ft. (excellent medium speed!)
eastman 7296 100 or 400 ft. (asa 500 tungsten)

I suspect fuji would also have their stocks available in this configuration as 
well. Just FYI, this stuff is still widely used in cameras such as the old 
CP-16s, the workhorses of television news photography in the 70s, by 
journalism and documentary students all over the country.
