Revere 33 Hotshoe problem

My newly purchased Revere Stereo 33 has a problem with the hotshoe. 
It does not trip an electronic flash, and on examination, the center
contact seems to have slipped down too far to make contact. Does anyone
know of someone reliable to repair a Revere 33?
